Greetings, my name is Christian Zuniga. I've been a barkeeper for over a decade. Most of my experience comes from creating and mixing up drinks at a four diamond resort on Clearwater Beach. I've catered to many banquets and weddings year round.  Any experienced or successful barkeep will tell you it takes a certain skill set to effectively run a high volume craft cocktail bar.
